Tony commenced this practice in 1971. He acts in the largest, most difficult and complex family law and de facto cases. He has a high settlement rate and undertakes much of his own appearance work. He is regarded by his clients in this area not only as a good and efficient lawyer but pragmatic and having commercial sense. Tony also has extensive experience handling business and intellectual property disputes in State and Federal Courts. He has successfully represented company Directors in corporate criminal matters and balances this with his business acumen in negotiating and handling business transactions.

Tony enjoys being with his family, playing golf, water-skiing and exercising at the gym.
Professional Memberships
Tony is a former member of the Council of the Law Institute of Victoria and represented lawyers on many committees including the Appeals Costs Board. He maintains membership of the Family Law and Litigation Sections of the LIV. He is an accredited specialist Family Law and is a member of the Family Law Specialisation Advisory Committee. |
