Our Employment Disputes & Unfair Dismissals Department advises clients on a wide range of workplace relations issues. Our work includes acting for both employers and employees in areas involving:
- Unfair dismissals;
- Work contracts;
- Equal opportunity complaints; and
- Privacy issues.
We have advised both employers and employees in the enforcement and the defence of restraint of trade and restrictive covenant clauses.
We have also acted for executives in wrongful dismissal suits, redundancy and other termination benefit disputes.
We advise on occupational health and safety issues with a strong emphasis on protecting employers who are undergoing investigation.
