Tony Kenna and Warwick Teasdale started Kenna Teasdale Lawyers in 2004 after having spent many years with Kenna Croxford & Co.
Tony Kenna and Warwick Teasdale developed strong litigation practices over the years, in civil, criminal and family law matters. Both were young Partners in their respective firms, and progressively have developed a strong reputation through the practice of the law and their contribution to professional bodies and continuing legal education.
Kenna Teasdale Lawyers, Melbourne family lawyers, has total staff of around 24. The partners have maintained the same areas of legal practice, namely, civil litigation and Court work, conveyancing, small business, wills and probate. The litigation or Court work consists of family law and defacto and domestic relationships law, "white collar" crime, criminal defence, criminal prosecution, traffic matters, commercial disputes, personal injury and general and insurance cases. The small business department deals with general advice, contracts, leases, purchases and sales of businesses and conveyancing.
